First Line of contact and troubleshooting for fixed services of business/corporate customers. Receiving, prioritizing, following-up complaints with internal units and field units and actively resolving requests from our clients in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent

At least 1 year in the same profile/industry;

Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services like LAN L2/L3, Ethernet, SDH etc. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP CRM, Jira, OTRS, ZTE Netnumen, UMP, MPLS, etc. Very Good knowledge of English language; Communicative, team player, problem solving; Willing to work under pressure Available to work overtime when necessary Strong client-facing and communication skills Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Customer service orientation MTCNA, CCNA, similar certifications.
