Informing politely and correctly the customers through outbound calls about the purpose of the campaigns.

Following up customers’ requests with relevant departments.

Consistency with calling hours. This is to ensure that momentum is built with calls and planned call-backs.

Making courtesy calls to ask if customers were satisfied with the service they received.

Forward customer requests/ complains/ problems through Siebel SR to appropriate unit.

Interact with the post via mail in order to assure that doc. is delivered to the customer or need others follow up.

Track reports for different daily activities.

Completed other assigned duties.

Ability and confidence to converse with coordinator/key decision makers without worry.
