Soho Data Analysis Specialist

Purpose of Position: Responsible for analysing SoHo customer behaviour throughout their entire lifecycle with the goal of fostering loyalty and enhancing lifetime value, ultimately driving increased company revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify actionable insights working on large structured and unstructured data sets.

Segment the SoHo Base in clusters based on key characteristics such as purchasing behaviour, usage patterns, demographics, and preferences, to tailor strategies for customer retention, upselling, and personalized engagement

Actively participate in the design and creation of new campaigns targeting the SoHo Base.

Conduct post analysis of the SoHo campaigns by comparing to expected performance and propose changes if necessary.

Work on data analytics to prepare different reports for higher management.

Translate insights into business-friendly presentations.

Other duties as requested from the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education: University Degree in IT/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics.

Experience: At least one year in a comparable role.

Required Skills: Strong MS Excel skills (able to work with large data sets); One of the following tools: SPSS Statistics/SPSS Modeler/SQL/R/Python; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ; Able to handle a heavy workload under pressure with competing priorities; Very good multitasking and organizational skills; Good command of English language.
