Product Development Senior Specialist

Purpose of Position: To execute the development and configuration of new products and services across product platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements, system integrity, comprehensive testing, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and develop product configurations and new services on development platforms in line with demand management processes.

Participate in technical meetings to support new product initiatives and gather system requirements.

Analyze technical specifications provided by Marketing to ensure alignment with platform capabilities.

Conduct development, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities in the development platforms to ensure proper system functionality.

Execute Acceptance Testing, support system upgrades, and assist in resolving technical issues.

Monitor platform health and perform proactive maintenance to ensure service availability.

Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles to support product development and operational troubleshooting.

Handle technical queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.

Support beta testing and product validation activities in collaboration with business teams.

Collaborate with system vendors to deliver development and configuration requests within defined timelines.

Participate in on-call duties and perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education: University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science (Informatics)

Experience: At least 2 years of experience on the field.

Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Good knowledge with operating systems (UNIX, LINUX), databases (Oracle), and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker. Skilled in JavaScript, APIs, JSON, and XML/SOAP, English fluent, Good knowledge on scripting and applications, Experienced of Telecommunication ecosystems (preferred PCRF, PCC), Proficient of communication protocols (SS7, SIGTRAN, SMPP, HTTP, SNMP, SMTP, Diameter), Communicative, team player, problem solving, willing to work under pressure;
