Support One user for daily HW/SW troubleshoots/requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

University Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in this field.

One Local User support in case of hardware failure and software problems; Installation and Configuration of new PC-s (Systems and Applications) & other IT equipment; Implement and Maintain Access & Security policy on IT local user systems; Fluent in English both written and spoken; Performing Standby Duties as per company needs; Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information Driving License Other duties as per job responsibilities.
