Purpose of Position: Retail Reporting Specialist monitor retail performance and support data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain recurring reports on retail performance, KPIs, and operational metrics.

Analyze trends, variances, and performance gaps; support interpretation of key findings and scenario simulations.

Assist in the evaluation of business cases, incentive models, and point-of-sale performance using both financial and operational data.

Contribute to the enhancement and automation of reporting processes and tools.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports and analyses.

Contribute to month closure reports for retail.

Job Requirements

Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reporting, business analysis, or financial data handling.

Required Skills: Strong command of Excel preferable including Power query and VBA. Familiarity with Power automate, Power apps and SharePoint is considered a plus. Able to interpret data into meaningful insights. Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple sources. Attention to detail and quality control. Organized, responsible, and proactive in improving processes. Organized, responsible, and proactive in improving processes. Clear communication and willingness to support colleagues across functions. Self-motivated and capable of working independently on routine tasks.
