Purpose of Position: Responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects within the Enterprise Portfolio, from initiation (G0) through execution and closure. They ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, and timeline, using approved methodology, governance, and templates. The PM coordinates all stakeholders, vendors, and governance bodies, ensuring portfolio alignment (EPMO) and effective execution governance (Kick-off, SteerCo, Working Groups)

Key Responsibilities:

Manages all phases of the project lifecycle: Initiation, Design/Framing, Execution/Delivery, Closure.

Ensures compliance with the Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management procedure and templates.

Prepares and submits all required deliverables for the approval gates.

Supports the EPMO in preparing materials for related forums, ensuring portfolio-level alignment.

Chairs and organizes project-level governance during project execution.

Coordinates project activities during all project stages and controls project schedule, timeline and budget.

Coordinates deliverables across IT, Network, Business Units, and vendors.

Ensures resources, dependencies, and risks are managed proactively.

Tracks budget and forecasts, ensuring alignment with Budget and Reporting units.

Identifies, manages, and escalates risks, issues, and change requests.

Ensures mitigation actions are tracked and reported.

Develops and maintains all project documentation.

Ensures lessons learned and PM retrospective are captured and archived.

Keeps actual status updated in the project management system and SharePoint repository.

Job Requirements

Education: University degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science (Msc) / Business Informatics.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management. Proven record of end-to-end project delivery (preferred in IT, Network, or business transformation).

Required Skills: PMP or PRINCE2 or relevant certifications will be considered as an strong advantage. ITIL and AGILE knowledge and/or certification will be considered as an advantage.
