Purpose of Position: Responsible for ensuring progress in the company’s ongoing commitment to becoming a more sustainable and socially responsible company. This position makes recommendations to the organization and helps to execute strategies to enhance the company's approach to all social responsibility issues, including sustainability, governance, community involvement, and charitable giving.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy that aligns with 4iG's values and mission to accelerate digital transformation and knowledge-based economic development in the region.

Design and manage annual grant programs and other charitable initiatives that support innovative projects with measurable and sustainable outcomes.

Proactively identify and assess social needs in Albania, proposing new ideas and partnerships that leverage technology and resources to address key challenges.

Build and maintain strong relationships with non-profit organizations, government bodies, local communities, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and maximize impact.

Oversee the entire project lifecycle for all initiatives, from concept and proposal to execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Manage the initiative's budget and resources, ensuring responsible and transparent use of funds.

Measure and report on the social impact and effectiveness of all programs, communicating results to internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as the primary public-facing representative for the philanthropic efforts, promoting its mission and achievements.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or Social Sciences is required; a master's degree is a plus.

Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in Corporate Social Investment/Responsibility, and proven track record in the social responsibility field, with experience building programs from the ground up.

Required Skills: Proactive approach and ability to work independently to drive results; Leadership competences; Strong strategic and analytical skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational skills; Experience with budget management and financial oversight of projects; Extended knowledge on e-media platforms, Customer management platforms; Research and survey tools and methodologies; Excellent command of English & Albanian language is a must.
