Përshkrimi i Pozicionit: Designs, develops, and optimizes digital platforms and channels to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.

Detyrat Kryesore:

Design, develop, and maintain complex websites and mobile applications using advanced programming languages and frameworks;

Architect and implement scalable and high-performance server-side logic, databases, and APIs to ensure robust support for front-end functionalities;

Create and optimize user interfaces to provide a seamless and intuitive user experience, enhancing engagement and satisfaction;

Strategically optimize digital channels for performance, speed, and scalability, aligning with business objectives and user needs;

Integrate and customize content management systems (CMS), enhancing functionality for easy content updates and management;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing professionals to align digital strategies with business goals.

Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and interpret user behavior, traffic patterns, and KPIs, providing actionable insights;

Generate comprehensive reports on digital channel performance, presenting findings and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders;

Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting, resolving complex issues related to digital channels and ensuring system reliability;

Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance digital channel effectiveness and efficiency;

Kërkesat për Pozicionin

Edukimi: University degree in Computer Science (Informatics) or SW engineering;

Eksperiencat: At least 3 years of progressive experience in digital channel development.

Aftësitë e Kërkuara: Expertise in advanced programming languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages such as Python, PHP, Ruby, or Node.js., advanced knowledge of modern web development frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Django, or Laravel, proven experience with CMS platforms, including advanced customization and development of themes and plugins, deep experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and web services, advanced skills in database management systems (DBMS) such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or others, strong understanding of UX/UI design principles with the ability to implement effective design strategies and ensure high-quality user experiences, proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance monitoring tools, with experience in interpreting complex data, ability to manage projects effectively, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes, proven track record of adapting to and integrating new technologies, tools, and methodologies in a rapidly evolving field.
