Coordinate the execution of all processes in the service lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.

Translate services roadmap into business requirements for development in B/OSS and internal processes.

Create service development documentation that describe business case, use cases, technical requirements, etc.

Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, sales and other teams in the implementation, service launches, maintenance, and optimizations.

Communicate service features and processes to sales, product marketing and other teams to obtain internal awareness and knowledge about the services.

Tracks product performance, propose and implement corrective measures.

Oversee and maintain the services throughout the service lifecycle.

Prepare internal communication materials about new products, brands, promotions, and campaigns.

Carry out any other tasks assigned by the line manager and in accordance with the employees’ qualification and responsibilities.

Follow go-to-market guideline that starts with product ideas up to the product launch.

Monitors and follows up the product performance to decrease possible gaps between actual and planned product objectives.
