Provide service solution to customers through different technologies and offer continuous support to keep high network performance. Planning, monitoring, troubleshooting of respective networks/platforms.
This position should cover the following duties (but not limited to): Installation, de-installation, configuration, troubleshooting and customer support for different technologies like: PTMP technology, PTP links, Satellite connections, Wi FI APs, Fiber Optic, ADSL/VDSL/IPTV/GPON, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

University Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or similar fields;

At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar field;

Ability to assess, plan and develop for several operations in wireless network; Ability to understand the client and company's needs, performing installations and upgrades, configuring wireless equipment, conducting assessments and inspections, troubleshooting problems and performing corrective measures and adjustments as necessary; Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills; Network certifications (CCNA, MTCNA etc.); Good communication and professional representation of the company; Standby duty and willingness to travel.
