Purpose of Position: Responsible for developing applications and software using the Java programming language.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements.

Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Advantage a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Java developer, with a focus on enterprise-level applications. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).Experience with database design and integration (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).Knowledge of software development methodologies and Agile practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, etc.).
