Training of the Sales Department employees about new / existing procedures, services, products, and applications that the Company provides and launches.

Training of the CoPs employees about new / existing procedures, services, products, and applications that the Company provides and launches.

Ensure consistent application of sales methodology and find opportunities for enhancements in existing training content to drive adoption.

Create and update accordingly the main training presentations and materials when new services or products are launched.

Collaborate with Products, Services & Marketing Department, and taking part in different training and workshops for collecting information regarding new services and products, than deliver the information to the Company Shops.

Take care for arranging the training facilities (training schedules, rooms, tools, materials, hard and software etc).

Update Sales Trainer material with the necessary information in real time.

Identify training needs by travelling & visiting shops; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.

Prepare and send regular newsletters, internal communication to whole sales network in alignment with company’s rules and image.

Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
