Purpose of Position: Operating, supporting and developing Monitoring Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration of Monitoring Team applications and tools by providing first and second (partially) levels of support;

Perform daily health checks of the applications that the Team is responsible for by ensuring their proper operation;

Troubleshooting & escalation of problems based on incident/problem management;

Analyze requirements related to new tools or changes in IT monitoring and supported systems/tools domain focusing on Grafana and Prometheus;

Support the implementation of new monitoring and supported tools/applications and/or changes to the existing ones;

Handle monitoring tools users complain about and provide solutions;

Performing Standby duty according to company procedures;

Other duties as per job responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Education: University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field.

Required Skills: Good knowledge of the OS (LINUX), DB (Oracle, My SQL), good knowledge on scripting and applications, fluent in English Language, capable of working in a group and under pressure, communicative and reliable;
