Support the implementation of new equipment along with the maintenance of existing systems in Mobile IP Core;

Assist in the development and execution of plans for integration of network elements;

Configure and install equipment in Mobile IP Core Network;

Participate in network maintenance and system upgrades;

Execute configuration changes in strong cooperation with Mobile IP Network team and change requesters;

Prepare downtime and outage notifications and after-activity reports;

Prepare and execute work orders;

Performs periodical network audit in order to identify the potential design problems and recommend for fixes;

Work with a team on an out-of-hours on-call support rota;

Troubleshoot equipment and network problems, isolate them to minimize impacts. Proactively perform corrective maintenance for Mobile IP Core network;

Work with vendors and service providers to implement new solutions and restore network devices and services;

Ensure documentation, inventory, monitoring and configuration backup of the network devices;

Transfer technical knowledge to team members;
