The BSS/OSS Operation Head of Department will lead and manage multiple teams within the IT group, focusing on operational excellence, reliability, and efficiency in Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS). This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operation of systems that support customer relationship management, order management, billing, charging, interconnect, roaming, mediation, business intelligence, and campaign management, as well as monitoring systems.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in BSS/OSS operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing large-scale BSS/OSS operations within a telecommunications environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills; Excellent understanding of BSS/OSS systems, including CRM, billing, charging, interconnect, roaming, mediation, BI, and campaign management; Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure; Proficiency in ITIL or similar frameworks is highly desirable.
