Runs/participates in interviews with the business owners regarding actual processes and understands documentation needs as per the methodology requirement;

Understands the business as a whole and plan requirements for process development including but not limited to project charters, information flows, risk coverage, quality measures, etc.

Analyses and identifies areas for improvement in process workflows;

Responsible for the preparation of documentation of processes and procedures assigned as per the operational plan;

Promotes quality standards throughout the company functions;

Ensures processes are correctly understood and promote their correct implementation within the company;

Schedules and reports on various training needs regarding process communication and compliance;

Assists users with various issues concerning forms, process browsing tools, policies content, etc;

Conducts the Audits of ISO Management Systems as per the qualifications or training possessed and according to the preapproved Audit Plan, as well as follows up on any findings or improvements suggested;

Assists in the implementation and improvement of the implemented management systems in compliance with the relevant ISO Management Systems (or other standards), as per the qualifications or training possessed, by following up the required actions with the relevant teams;

Identifies & promotes the implementation of process KPIs and process efficiency issues;
